MacLeod Farley & Associates is a boutique consulting firm focused primarily on community economic development projects. We provide a complete range of consulting services to make change happen in communities. Our role often starts at the earliest stages of project concept development and planning and moves on to financing, construction and operations.

Our fundamental belief is that communities know what is best for their people. Together, with our clients, we make ambitious, worthwhile projects happen.

At MacLeod Farley & Associates, we routinely assist our clients to access project funding. From 1994 through the summer of 2011, we helped our clients access over $50 million in grants and loans. This includes $30 million in grants towards $36 million in projects with an average of 81% grant funding, 6% loans (most with zero interest), 11% cash equity and 2% in-kind equity. At the most recent World Proposal Championships our consulting firm was awarded with a top ten ranking.

Our Cree Village Ecolodge project has won numerous awards. It is included in the 2010 book of 'Authentic Ecolodges' by Hitesh Mehta and is listed as one of the Top Ten Eco Destinations in North America by Natural Home Magazine. Cree Village Ecolodge also won the 2005 Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC) Air Canada Business of the Year Award.
